Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinical Psychologist specializing in children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues, and will work collaboratively with families and other professionals to support each client’s growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation.
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings.
  • Provide psychoeducation sessions and support to families.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • Pass Rewaaq’s Employee Ethical Eligibility Assessment.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, play therapy).
  • Positive, committed, and initiative. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to work with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges. We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy for couples and families facing relational, emotional, or communication challenges. The therapist will help clients build stronger, healthier connections through evidence-based practices and culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy for couples, families, and individuals facing relational issues.
  • Assess family dynamics and develop treatment plans that promote healthy communication and connection.
  • Support clients through challenges such as conflict resolution, parenting issues, marital stress, divorce, and blended families.
  • Utilize therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, systemic family therapy, and others.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in couple or family counseling.
  • Strong communication and clinical judgment skills.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ABA Technician to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Qualified Behavior Analyst. The technician will work closely with children and adolescents with neurodivergent disorders and other social communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in clinic, home, or school settings.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
  • Support clients in developing functional skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, therapists, and families.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.
  • Ensure all sessions are conducted ethically and professionally.
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Credentialed Behavior Technician certification
  • 40 hours of theoretical knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • 15 hours of practical training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Pass Rewaaq’s Employee Ethical Eligibility Assessment.
  • Experience in working with children, especially with neurodivergent disorders and other social communication disorders.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others.
  • Positive, creative, committed and initiative. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
