Bio of Ms. Reema Abou Najela
Ms. Reema Abou Najela is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA®) specializing in working with young children (ages 18 months to 6 years) with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she implements evidence-based strategies to bring about meaningful behavioral change that promotes independence and enhances quality of life.
With over 12 years of experience across clinical, home, and school settings, Reema’s expertise spans early intervention, social skills training, functional communication, verbal behavior, caregiver coaching, and staff development.
In addition to her clinical credentials, Reema is a licensed Emotional Intelligence Consultant and a certified Birkman Consultant for personality and interest assessments. She is also licensed by the International Coaching Federation for Solution-Focused Life Coaching from Canada. Most recently, she became a certified Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist in the United States.
Reema holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Dar Al-Hekma University in Saudi Arabia.
