Bio of Ms. Reem AlQuaity

Ms. Reem AlQuaity is a Special Education Therapist and Vocational Counselor specializing in career guidance and major selection. She brings extensive multidisciplinary experience in education and counseling, including gifted education, academic and career advising, training, and personal skills development.
 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Giftedness and Talent track) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is also an ACC-certified coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified in the STRONG Interest Inventory career assessment, and a certified self-discovery coach.
Throughout her professional career, she has delivered more than 500 guidance sessions in areas such as university major selection, career guidance, and personal development. She has also worked for several years in gifted education, teaching Mawhiba enrichment curricula, and serving as a supervisor and coordinator for the Mawhiba School Partnership Program, offered by the Mawhiba Foundation.
 
In addition, she has provided academic support and career counseling services for university students, including CV preparation sessions, professional development planning, and student preparation for the job market. She has also contributed to designing and implementing academic support programs and follow-up plans for students under academic probation, in addition to delivering individual and group counseling sessions.
 
She has also taught university courses in emotional intelligence and leadership, and delivered training programs in study skills, personal planning, and self-discovery and development.
 
She believes that every individual possesses unique abilities, and that effective guidance depends on understanding these strengths and aligning them with a clear academic and professional pathway.
 
Through her work, she aims to empower individuals to make well-informed decisions based on self-awareness and practical planning, while building the skills needed to succeed and excel in their academic and professional lives.

Reem
